Working from the familiar idea of weather, which we all experience everyday, to the unexpected and dramatic, this exhibition displays works of art from Pre Columbian ceramic figures to Video Art.

Come rain or shine will include many references to the paintings of weather conditions from storms to sun that children can observe when viewing the Constable: impressions of land, sea and sky exhibition.

Children are encouraged to observe how artists convey storm, wind, rain, snow, rainbows and ice in paintings, sculptures and video. Through child-operated interactives the sensations of sound, light, and touch will enhance the visual experience of these dramatic works of art.
