The KODAK (Australasia) PTY LTD Fund was established in 1983 to support the acquisition of contemporary Australian art photography. It comprises over 700 works by young Australian practitioners to date. Over one third of the photographs displayed in Re-take: Contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Photography have been acquired through the ongoing and generous support of KODAK (Australasia). These works embody the essence of a Fund that has enabled the National Gallery of Australia to build a unique collection of photography which identifies and supports the work of today's artists, and more specifically, the images being created by younger Australians.

This exhibition has been generously supported by KODAK (Australasia) PTY LTD.
